SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Farm goods are shipped via UPS Ground at the time of purchase. Flowers are shipped via UPS 2-day nationwide and via Overnight Delivery within Texas in temperature controlled boxes. Delivery should be arranged so they are not left in the sun.
Flowers are shipped on Tuesdays-Thursdays, directly from the farm.
Return & Exchange Policy
Retail goods in their original packaging may be returned for a refund within 30 days. Items that arrive defective or damaged will be replaced.
Flowers are shipped dry and require rehydrating upon delivery.
Flowers that do not rehydrate after 24 hours will be credited to your account for replacement with a future delivery. Flower shipments that arrive damaged, delayed, or dead will be refunded or replaced immediately.
The farm reserves the right to substitute flower box content based on seasonal availability on the farm.
Refunds are not provided for sanctuary sponsorships.
